How to Save Money on Exercising

Gym memberships can be extremely costly each month, which just adds to your monthly bills. If you’re looking for ways to exercise for free, set the gym membership aside, and consider a few of these ways!
Clear/Cancel – First of all, get rid of the idea of going to the gym or cancel your membership! Gym memberships can be around $40 a month, so if you and your spose go you’re almost paying $100 a month and almost $1,200 a year! Not to mention, it takes time to get ready, and gas money to get there.
Video – Instead, consider buying a work out video. There are several different ones to choose from. For example, Tae Bo with Billy Blanks was a huge success and has helped several people. Although, maybe you don’t like Tae Bo, consider Pilates or Yoga! Once you buy the video that’s all you have to invest!
Walk – Walking is free, and it does just as good of a job. Try walking, jogging, running, or whatever you have to do get back into shape! Have fun with it, listen to music and feel great that you’re getting a workout for free.
Friends – Get together with friends and create a sports team. Whether you play volleyball together, basketball, tennis, etc sports are a great way to work out and have fun at the same time. So, call up your friends and family, and create a schedule!
Magazines/Internet – There are several exercises you can find when you look through certain magazines or search on the Internet. You can find exercises for certain parts of your body and work them out just as good as you can at the gym.
Working out doesn’t need to be done at the gym to see results. Gyms and work out equipment don’t get you into shape, but instead dedication and motivation. Only you can get yourself where you want to be!
