Debt CuresIf you’re reading this blog or even this post, there may be a good chance that you’re in debt, and that’s okay!  We all come across hard things in life and no one is perfect.  You have to think of it this way that you’re taking action to get out of debt.  This is a step many don’t even take, and in my opinion, you’re already on the right path to financial freedom.

I talk about a lot of debt books on this blog, but today I wanted to look at the popular book, Debt Cures by Kevin Tredeau.  I’ve read a lot of books in my day, but this is by far one of the best books that I’ve read when it comes down to getting out of debt.

To give a little insight on what you’re going to find in this book, here are some points that Kevin takes in order for you to fight that debt that you don’t want.

Why the banks want you to stay in debt:  The banks love people in debt and Kevin goes onto explain on how they want you to stay in debt, and they’ll do anything to keep it that way.

How the banks are making profits:  Yes, the banks are making big profits and you may have known this.  Just by reading how the banks are making money, it’s going to make you mad and want to get out of that debt.

Tips you can use to cut your debt:  Kevin uses a lot of strategy that I use on this blog.  With tips on how to cut your debt in half, these are legitimate ways you can get rid of your debt without even applying that much money toward your balance.

How you can get free money:  Again, you would think all of these things are scams, but they really aren’t.  He’ll show you how you can get grants and how you can get free money to attack your debts.

These are just a few pointers that Kevin points out.  It’s a great book if you’re looking for a straight forward answer on ways to get out of debt.  There’s no scammy tips or ways to rip off the banks, etc.  It’s honest and straight to the points.  I would recommend this book to anyone who is serious about fighting their debt.
